Consider/Approve Bid for Microsoft License Agreement

Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for a Microsoft License Agreement (specifications attached). We received bids from two (2) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

Central  Technologies – $17,530.50
CDW – $17,569.50

 

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the CDW bid.
